Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges
   • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process based on your location and order size.
   • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2000 within India,NOTE:FREE SHIPPING IS APPLICABLE ONLY ON PREPAID ORDERS
2. Shipping Time
   • Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment confirmation.
   • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
   • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking information.
3. Delivery Areas

We deliver across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Undelivered Packages

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the provided address, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for redelivery. Any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be charged to the customer.

The store does not hold responsibility in case of delayed shipments, as we do not have any control over the courier companies.

Payment Policy

We offer multiple payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient:

1. Accepted Payment Methods
   • UPI & Wallets: You can pay via UPI or digital wallets like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.
   • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations across India. Please see the terms below.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We accept Cash on Delivery for orders, but the following terms apply:
• Advance Payment: To confirm a COD order, you are required to pay 10% of the total order value as an advance.
• Payment via WhatsApp: The advance payment should be made via UPI or any other online method through WhatsApp. After placing your COD order, you will receive a WhatsApp message with payment instructions for the advance.
• Order Confirmation: If the 10% advance is not paid within 24 hours of placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled.
• Remaining Payment: The remaining 90% will be collected in cash at the time of delivery.
